Demo is provided by the game developer. Casinos may use different RTP configurations.

Chicken Fire is BGaming‘s three-reel Hold and Win slot, a fruit machine with a mascot in sunglasses (95.90%, medium-high volatility, 3×3, five paylines, 5,000x). If you liked classic fruit symbols but want a respin bonus on top, start here. BGaming released it on July 22, 2026. The in-game title is Chicken Fire Hold & Win, so there’s a format in the name but no series number.

Start with the coin rule

Coins land on reels 1 and 3 only. The Collect symbol, a basket of eggs, lands on reel 2 only. Each coin shows 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, 7x, 10x or 15x the bet. When a coin and the Collect symbol land together in the base game, the basket adds up every coin on the screen and pays you the total. A coin on its own pays you nothing in the base game, so you need the Collect symbol on reel 2 to cash it. Wilds replace regular symbols and pay on their own, but they don’t replace coins or the Collect symbol. The five paylines pay left to right, and only the highest win counts on each line.

How the Hold and Win round runs

The bonus starts when coins land on reels 1 and 3 and a Collect symbol lands on reel 2. You get three respins on the 3×3 grid. Only coins, Collect symbols and wilds appear. Every new symbol resets the respins to three. Collect symbols stay until the round ends, and the total is paid then.

A wild in the bonus sets its cell to x2, and each later wild on that cell adds 1. Coins on a multiplier cell are multiplied before you collect them. A Collect symbol on one has its final value multiplied at the end. Fixed jackpots can also appear, at 25x, 50x, 150x and 1,000x the bet for Mini, Minor, Major and Grand.

A quick example from the rules shows how it adds up. A wild lands on an empty cell and sets it to x2. A second wild on the same cell makes it x3. A 10x coin that lands there pays 30x before it’s collected. The info page doesn’t give a limit for the multiplier, so I wouldn’t assume one either way.

The jackpot ladder helps with scale. Mini is 25x and Grand is 1,000x, which is a fifth of the 5,000x top win. My guess is the rest of the 5,000x has to come from coins and stacked multipliers, since the info page lists no other source.

The buy options

Three buy options start the bonus directly. The plain version costs 60x the bet. A high volatility version costs 90x. A version that starts with three Collect symbols costs 120x. A separate Chance toggle boosts your odds of the bonus for 1.5x the bet. A Pile of Gold feature can also trigger the round at random, with its own animation. The 60x entry is the upsell here.

The three prices climb in even steps, 60x, 90x and 120x. The 120x version is the only one that guarantees the Collect symbols. The info page lists the 90x version as a high volatility Bonus Game and says nothing more about what it changes. Next to Primal Rampage, which has no buy option I could find, this is the game where you can skip the wait.

Where it’s a fruit machine

Strip the mascot and the base game is a three-reel fruit machine. BAR and 7 symbols sit next to watermelons, plums and oranges. The 5,000x top win is twice Primal Rampage’s 2,500x and a sixth of Triple Beasts of Fortune’s 30,000x. My guess is BGaming built it for phones first, since the demo opens in a portrait column on a desktop screen. I’d have put it on the end cap, not the front row. The Chance toggle shows OFF when the game opens, so you opt in to it yourself.

Check the version

BGaming’s game page lists 95.90% and medium-high volatility. The demo’s info page doesn’t print either, so I took both from the studio’s page (checked in October 2026). BGaming’s page also credits LudexPlay as a collaborator on the game. The 95.90% sits 0.30 points under Triple Beasts of Fortune’s 96.20%. If your casino shows another figure, trust its info page for the version you’re playing.

Who should open it

If you want Hold and Win on a small grid, this does it with five paylines and one twist, the chicken multipliers. If you’d rather have a long feature chain, go elsewhere. I don’t see a mechanic here that separates it from other Hold and Win slots. The numbers also sit below the other two games published alongside it. My tier is Pass, five out of 10.

Go here next

If you want a small grid with more going on, open Primal Rampage (96.20%, 3×3, 2,500x). For the longest top end on this site, go to Triple Beasts of Fortune (96.20%, 5×4, 30,000x).
